Every building is different. Most salons that have 208V/3 Phase service use the +24V or the +16V versions. Most home tanning bed owners that need one use the -12V versions. Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.
In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
