These are NOT for use with home tanning beds.
Universal transformers are designed to be used with tanning beds that do not have a plug, such as larger commercial equipment (32 or more lamps). 24 to 32 lamp beds with recepticals that plug in the wall should use the other style transformers.
These are adjustable for many different voltages, up or down, and should be professionally installed and hardwired to both the bed and the incoming power supply.
There are many different kVa ratings available, and we would suggest you instead call us at 1-800-274-1744 if you need one of these ballasts, to insure we get you the right part the first time.
We have a variety of different transformers (including universal) for all tanning beds that require 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100 amps, plus three phase and other less common types.
Electricians: We are usually pretty close to jobber price on these units and can ship most within 24 hours. Average delivery time after ordering is 3 to 5 days. Sent UPS.

Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.
In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
