Virtual Sun Limited One Year Parts Warranty

Your new Virtual Sun tanning bed purchased from UVA SunSystems, Inc. is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the frame, outer shell, ballasts, fans, wiring, hydraulic cylinders, and most mechanical and electronic parts. The acrylics and lamps are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Labor for repairs is covered for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Your warranty information is automatically entered into our system once you have purchased your new Virtual Sun tanning bed. No special forms are required. To make a claim during the warranty period, you should call UVA SunSystems, Inc. direct at 1-800-274-1744 during normal business hours.

This warranty covers normal use in a residential environment. It does not cover abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications or servicing, intentional damage, commercial environment use, freight damage or other incidental damage. This warranty does not cover loss of use, guarantee of fitness for a particular application, loss of income or other incidental damage.

Governing Law: This Limited Warranty shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the sustantive and procedural as of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America, conflict of law rules not withstanding. This Limited Warranty, and all claims, disputes or actions arising thereunder, shall be subject to and conducted in the Courts where the defendant in such claims, disputes or actions is domiciled.

NOTE: For the purpose of the warranty, the "Date of Purchase" would be the day it arrives at your home, rather than the day you place your order.

Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.

In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
