  We no longer have a supplier for these but we have an almost direct replacement for these older ballasts. The Kesio ballast has been around for over 2 decades and will use the same plug. The holes are slightly different but should still mount, and the amp draw is slightly more, at 2.8A. These can ONLY be used for 120V systems, like SunQuest 16, ESB 16, and other 120v tanning beds.
