Used in a very limited number of modern tanning systems. Was used mainly in canopy units. Powers 2 HO, 100W lamps. 2.8 amp draw. Can be used as almost perfect sized replacement for open card style ballast. 120V input power.
When replacing another Kesio, just orient the same as old ballast. When replacing a open faced electronic ballast, here is the orientation:

In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
