SunMaster Limited Lifetime Warranty for Select Residential Tanning Beds

This warranty is for select 120 volt "K Series" SunMaster tanning beds without remote timer ports that are used exclusively in residential environments. Commercial units and/or K series beds that are used in commercial environments are covered by the regular SunMaster warranty, found in the owners manual and NOT by this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and may only be exercised by the original owner as registered with SunMaster corporate offices. This warranty is valid only for tanning bed purchased on TanningBeds4Less.com, TanningLamps4Less.com or directly from UVA SunSystems, Inc. and not from other sources. Beds purchased from authorized distributors are covered by the standard warranty, included in the owners manual of the tanning bed.

Bed models that are covered by this warranty are limited to: SM24K, SM24KC, SM24KFF, SM24KLE, SM24KLT, and SM24KCT when used in a solely non-commercial environment.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

For the Normal Lifetime of the qualifying tanning bed, SunMaster guarantees the workmanship of the frame and structure to be free from manufacturing defects. For a period of Three Years SunMaster will provide replacement parts for parts that are shown to be defective.

The acrylics on your new SunMaster tanning bed are covered by a pro-rated One Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer's defects. The manufacturer covers lamps for a period of 30 days. Labor for repairs is covered for a period of 30 days. Your warranty begins at the time of purchase or delivery to your home.

This warranty does not cover: Abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, transportation, damage during transit or installation or normal wear. SunMaster/UVA SunSystems, Inc. retains the solely authority for determining whether a defect is manufacturer related or due to normal wear and tear.

The customer is responsible for all transporation costs for warranty items, including UPS, USPS or freightline shipping if necessary. All warranty claims must be accompanied with a method of payment for transporation in order to be fulfilled. At our discression, the customer must return at their expense, any defective part before a replacement part can be shipped.

SunMaster, UVA SunSystems, Inc., UVA Sun Products, Inc. or their authorized distributors SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL OR SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF BUSINESS, INCONVENIENCE, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN ANY AND ALL CASES, ANY LIABILITY SHALL BE CONFINED TO THE REPLACMENT OF DEFECTIVE AND NON-CONFORMIN PARTS.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

No one may modify this warranty in any way. Warranty claims should be made by calling 1-800-274-1744 weekdays from 9am to 5pm, excepting holidays. You may also make a claim by writing to: UVA SunSystems, Inc., 6208 Technology Dr., Browns Summit, NC 27214.

Governing Law: This Limited Warranty shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the sustantive and procedural as of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America, conflict of law rules not withstanding. This Limited Warranty, and all claims, disputes or actions arising thereunder, shall be subject to and conducted in the Courts where the defendant in such claims, disputes or actions is domiciled.

NOTICE: To validate this warranty, the warranty card included with your new SunMaster tanning bed must be mailed to UVA SunSystems, Inc. within 30 days of the date of purchase or delivery. You must be able to provide a copy of the original purchase receipt upon request. Failure to return your warranty card or present a copy of your original purchase receipt will invalide all warranties.

Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.

In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
