You should receive a confirmation email in a short while.  If you are new to TanningLamps4Less, please read the following sections.  They have important information, and will answer most questions.

Tracking Numbers: We don't send them simply because most lamps, parts and lotions are shipped out and arrive before we can get the website updated with this information.  Most orders ship in LESS than one business day, and only take a few days to arrive.  We ask you wait a week after you order before inquiring about tracking.  If you do, use the toll-free number, 1-800-274-1744.

Damage in Transit: For lamps, do NOT refuse the lamps if they are broken!  Just sign as "damaged" and call us.  We will ship the replacement lamps.  If you DO refuse them, we have to wait until they arrive back, and inspect them before we can ship replacements.  All lamps are sent insured, so you are 100% covered but refusing shipments WILL cause a 7 to 10 day delay in resolving the issue.

Contact Us: To keep prices down, we try to provide all the information on the internet to reduce phone traffic and expenses.  If you do need to call, use 1-800-274-1744.  We strongly prefer you email us instead if at all possible.  We get hundreds of inquiries per day, and often many call at the same time so we can't speak to them immediately.  Usually it is faster to email because we contantly answer our email as soon as there is a free moment.

Order Confirmation: A confirmation was sent and you will have it in a minute or two.  All too often, it ends up in your Spam or Bulk folder because it is a automatic generated form email.  You need to check your spam folder to be sure.

Shipments:  Often, we ship items from different warehouses and you will receive your order in two or more shipments, on two or more days.   If we ship your order from different warehouses, we do not charge you more for the multiple shipments.  Over 96% of orders ship in less than 1 business day.

Phone Orders:  We do accept phone orders, and the prices are the same.  We try to make it easy to order online and provide the most information we can because it saves us money and helps keep prices low, but we will always take your call and give you the best service possible.
