You should receive a confirmation email in a short while.  If you are new to TanningLamps4Less, please read the following sections.  They have important information, and will answer most questions.

Tracking Numbers: Most orders will automatically result in a tracking email from Fedex, once we have shipped the item (1-2 days). Small parts orders might not get tracking numbers automatically sent. We ask you wait a few days after you order before contact.   If you do, use the toll-free number, 1-800-274-1744 during normal business hours. Most orders arrive 3 to 10 days after ordering, depending on how far you live from North Carolina.

Damage in Transit: For lamps, do NOT refuse the lamps if they are broken!  Just sign as "damaged" and call us.  We will ship the replacement lamps.  If you DO refuse them, we have to wait until they arrive back, and inspect them before we can ship replacements.  All lamps are sent insured, so you are 100% covered but refusing shipments WILL cause a 7 to 10 day delay in resolving the issue. We self-insure all lamp orders, and in the event that the carrier damages your package, we will replace or refund the damaged items, at our discretion.

Contact Us: To keep prices down, we try to provide all the information here on the website, so take a look in our support section if you have questions after hours. If you can't find the answers just call us at 1-800-274-1744. 

Order Confirmation: A confirmation was sent and you will have it in a minute or two.  All too often, it ends up in your Spam or Bulk folder because it is a automatic generated form email.  You need to check your spam folder to be sure.

Shipments:  Often, we ship items from different warehouses and you will receive your order in two or more shipments, on two or more days.   If we ship your order from different warehouses, we do not charge you more for the multiple shipments.  Over 90% of orders ship within one business day.

Phone Orders:  We do accept phone orders, and the prices are the same.  We try to make it easy to order online and provide the most information we can because it saves us money and helps keep prices low, but we will always take your call and give you the best service possible.

Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.

In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.

We now have a minimum purchase of 14 lamps. If the website isn't allowing you to mix and match properly, just call us at 1-800-274-1744 to place your order.
