Universal 4" cooling fan used on virtually every tanning bed ever made for general cooling. Unlike most OEM such as Nidec, this is a ball bearing fan (not sleeve bushing) so will last much longer. These cost a couple dollars more, but you will likely never have to replace them.
Note: Many 230v-240V tanning beds actually use 120V fans. This includes many models from Montego Bay, SonnenBraune, SunDash, SunMaster and many others. You need to read off the actual fan you are replacing before selecting a voltage, or it will not work properly in your bed.
Be sure and choose the proper voltage from the drop down menu BEFORE pressing the order button.
