Choke ballast used in many different tanning beds from Europe. Should be professionally installed if you are not familiar with working on your tanning bed. Be sure to get the exact same wattage as the one you are replacing.

Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.
In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
