You MUST first measure your own incoming voltage using a digital volt meter to insure you get the right type of buck or boost for your application. Every building is different.

Most salons that have 208V/3 Phase service use the +24V or the +16V versions. Most home tanning bed owners that need one use the -12V versions, but you need to test and verify your own system. Like other electronic parts, non-returnable except for defects.
