We have simplifed the price structure of our lamps by using two catagories: Lamps (F59 or longer) and Parts (any part, lotion or lamp smaller than 59" long that can ship standard UPS). Acrylics and other oversized items are sold over the phone and will be quoted before you order.
To the continental USA, smaller items like lotions, ballasts and parts ship for a flat $9 fee regardless of how much you buy. High pressure lamps, ballasts, transformers, switches and misc parts are included. Long lamps ship according to this chart. Please refer to the map below to see which color catagory your state fall in or call 1-800-274-1744.

Return Policy
Customer is responsible for insuring that all lamps or other parts are the correct size, wattage and type for their tanning bed and will be responsible for all transportation and restocking fees (%15-25% depending on condition) if the wrong lamps or parts are ordered and shipped. Most electrical or electronic parts are not returnable, call if you are unsure BEFORE you purchase. Health regulations require that lotions are not returnable for reasons other than damage. Used lamps and parts are not returnable. Lamps are only returnable with authorization under the circumstances outlined below.
Lamps Damaged in Transit
All lamps are guaranteed to arrive in perfect working order. If you find any lamps damaged, ACCEPT THE ORDER and call us at 1-800-274-1744 within 3 business days of receiving your lamps. If you are there when the UPS driver arrives, tell him to mark the shipment as damaged, but again, ACCEPT IT AS DAMAGED. If you refuse the shipment, it can take up to an extra week to process your claim as we have to wait for the lamp to return. If any of your lamps are damaged, we will send replacements at no extra cost to you, or refund the entire order upon complete return, at our discretion. You risk nothing.
Lamp Compatibility
Salon customers are responsible for insuring that the lamps they select are legally compatible for their state. Compatibility is not an issue for home tanning beds or any tanning bed used for non-commercial use. We cannot be held liable if you choose a lamp that fits, but is not legal for commercial salons in your state. Lamps are not returnable for legal compatibility reasons. Call for free, expert help if you have any questions on what lamps you can legally use in your tanning bed. Be sure to be near the bed for best service, and call 1-800-274-1744.
Defective Lamp Guarantee
If you have any lamps that do not light properly when installed, call us for troubleshooting at 1-800-274-1744. Often it is a simple matter of a lamp starter, improperly aligned lamp or similar issue. If the lamp is found to be defective within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will reship you brand new product to cover the defective lamps, at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, damaged or mishandled products.

Warranty
Many (but not all) parts and lamps are covered by our 30 Day Limited Warranty and
guaranteed to function as designed for 30 days from delivery date. Some part
warranties may be longer. Call for warranty information before you purchase if this
is a deciding factor. No other warranties are implied other than stated.
30 Day Limited Warranty
This warranty applies only to items specifically listed as being covered, and items that specifically state that they are covered by OUR 30 Day Limited Warranty. Many items have their own warranty handled by their respective manufacturers but you should call to verify any other warranty before purchase if this is a deciding factor on the purchase. Under all circumstances this warranty does not cover loss of use for commercial purposes nor any incidental damages. The maximum benefit is equal to the purchase price of the item covered. Lamps are covered by our lamp guarantee, linked above.
On covered items, we will Warrant the items listed and purchased from TanningLamps4Less to be free from manufacturer's defects for the first 30 days of ownership, and we will replace or refund (at our discretion) for items that are covered, including the return shipping costs. Call within 30 days of receiving the defective part to exercise your rights under this warranty. Items covered include:
Ballasts, fans, switches, timers, starters, transformers, hydraulic pistons, relays and other in stock electronic parts.
This warranty does NOT cover used items, "pulled" items, special order (drop shipped outside our plant), damage from abuse, handling, installation by non-authorized personnel or physical damage covered by shipping policies or parts that were mistakenly purchased or do not fit because the wrong part was ordered. Some states do not allow some of these exclusions, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
