| Custom Plus tanning lamps are designed for people who want a moderately
hotter than average tanning lamp, without sacrificing bronzing action. They use the
exact same phosphors as Custom Bronzer tanning lamps, but in a slightly different ratio to
deliver a boost in the UVB stimulation. This helps produce more melanin, faster, and
more melanin means more tanning. The 6.5% ratio used in all Custom Plus tanning lamps is
the most popular ratio for commercial tanning salons because it offers a great balance of
speed and depth of tan. For anyone with average or darker skin, they will get you
results faster than the original lamps that come with 20 minute beds. These tanning
bulbs also are a great value, being one of our least expensive lamps, yet delivering very
good and predictable results. Anyone wanting something slightly "hot
rodded" in a tanning bed that gets light to moderate use will find them an excellent
value.
