Please note that many 4 wire, 220v tanning beds actually use 120v fans, so be sure to look at the voltage on the fan before you buy, don't assume your bed uses 220v fans! Sundash, Montego Bay, SCA, SunMaster, Tan America and others have SOME of their 220v beds use 120v fans, but not all. This is why you must verify by looking at the label on the fan itself.
